Bitter Chocolate

Ingredients for one serving

whole raw cocoa beans (peeled) (not dried or dehydrated)
0.3 cup

3 tablespoons
(room temperature)
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon Optional
replace 1 tablespoon cream with 1 tablespoon raw coconut cream
vanilla bean

Instructions

  1. Blenderize cocoa beans in an 8-ounces jelly jar until they become powder.
  2. Add butter, honey and egg and blenderize until smooth but do not let it get hot
  3. If you would like a slightly rum-tasting chocolate, let stand at room temperature in a warm dark cupboard for 5-7 days with lid on tight.
