Grate a portion of room-temperature cheese and set aside.

Slice remaining cheese thinly.

Warm cheese slices, garlic and room- temperature butter in a 4-ounces jar, capped with blender washer/blades/base, immersed in bowl of mildly hot water for 5 minutes.

When butter is completely melted, blenderize ingredients until smooth.

Cut 1/8 bell pepper into circular slices.

Chop remaining 1/8 bell pepper.

Slice meat thinly lengthwise.

Arrange meat on plate in overlapping circular pattern.

Pour sauce over meat
