Hollandaise Meat Sauce

Ingredients for two servings

4 tablespoons
mustard recipe
0.5 teaspoon
grated
1 tablespoon
×0.5
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons


Instructions

  1. All ingredients should be room temperature.
  2. If a thicker sauce is desired, slice a deep and wide cut in tomato
  3. Over a bowl, gently squeeze tomato to remove juice and seeds
  4. Drink tomato juice when thirsty.
  5. Blenderize all ingredients together in an 8-ounces jar on medium speed for 5 seconds.
