How much can you yield out of your steak, the staple of the diet?

Depending on where it comes from, how it is prepared, what foods you combine it with at a certain timing, what you ate earlier this day, your state and various other conditions, you will be surprised at the results gap occuring from the way you consume it.

These are... the Primal Diet™ ways of quality vs quantity.

- Beans and cereals: x0

Trapped in hard fibers, 2% max get digested in non-herbivorous digestive tract.

- Powders: x0.5

Toxic supplements, either extracted with gasolene or kerosene to start with (call lab), or dehydrated and causing malformations according to Pottenger's studies on cats.

- Cooked meat: x1

Unit of comparison, most standard situation: few proteins get digested and of bad quality

- Raw: x10

Cooking denatures nutrients, digestibility, forms toxins, etc. Many good proteins here but not all super available to our weak systems.

- Healthy meat: x2

Less toxins, not grain-fed. Worth paying more to eat less and have as much nutrition sometimes.

- Cube of raw unsalted cheese 10min before: x2

Clears the way of poisons in the digestive tract so they don't mix with the food

- Make pâté: x2

Already broken down, few need for enzyme and hydrochloric acid digestive fluids. Also, bacteria infiltrate all surface from the get-go and start digesting from the mouth. Less chewing so less ptyalin enzyme secrete that hinders protein digestion.

- Eat with 1/3 teaspoon royal jelly: x2-4

Many growth hormones and factors. For bees it is x10 and the food that differenciates a bee into developping into a quen from feeding on it for a few days only. Only really useful with raw protein with regenerative capacity like meat.

- Freshly-killed meat: x2

Many qualities are lost after the weeks of waiting.


Other favorising factors without a precise coefficient:

- moldy berries getting rid of mutant antibodies that denature protein (from vaccines and antibiotics)

- repairing the liver and gut over time

- 3 tablespoons of fat with the meat, or eating fat all day long for energy: protein-sparing (fat is used for fuel instead of protein which is kept as building blocks)

- eating the rest of big fat chunks 15min afterwards so it doesn't interfere with protein digestion (fat takes 3 times longer to digest, meat takes 20min to clear the stomach)

- fermented or moldy meat has proteins in pre-digested state

- heat for increased nutrient circulation (be in warm weather, clothes, or bath), as winter takes 10x more nutrients

- avoiding overconsumption of fluid, causing urination of your hard-broken down proteins circulating in the blood (urine is blood serum)

- decongesting the lymphatic system (baths) so it transports nutrients better (it is supposed to do it more than blood)

- avoiding sports (uses tremendous quantities of nutrients)

- some meats such as seal are extremely rich

- no over-acidity (juices): better digestion

- enzyme, vitamin (juices, honey), bacteria (fermented foods, clay) "supplements": help digest the meat more

- ferment with your own bacteria and E.Coli (like spit Kefir)

- animals bred for 4 generations correctly (observation from Pottenger's "cat" studies)

- avoiding stress (uses up nutriens, can hinder processes)
