Instructions

Dice fish and marinate in lemon or lime juice for 20 minutes to 24 hours in a jar or bowl.

Stir oil, onion and garlic together for 1 minute.

Pour off lemon or lime juice from fish. Pour oil mixture over fish.

Top with diced tomato.
