Blenderize all ingredients, except chicken, together in a 4- ounces jar on medium speed for 10 seconds

Slice chicken into narrow strips, baste and marinate for 20-60 minutes.

ALTERNATIVE: Instead of blenderizing onion, dice and gently stir into sauce before basting and marinating chicken.
