Ingredients for one serving

0.25 teaspoon
0.5 teaspoon
grated
0.25 teaspoon
ground
0.5 teaspoon
5 tablespoons
dehydrated (raisin)
×3
crushed
3 g
a slice of
ground
1 g
a pinch of
6 oz


Instructions

  1. Warm all ingredients, except ginger and meat, in a 4-ounces jar, cap with blender washer/blades/base, immersed in bowl of mildly hot water
  2. When butter has completely melted, blenderize on medium speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Add and stir in ginger.
  4. Prepare lamb as you wish and add or cover with sauce.
  5. ALTERNATIVE 1: Replace butter with stone-pressed olive oil.
  6. ALTERNATIVE 2: Reduce unsalted raw butter to 2 1/2 tablespoons and add 2 1/2 tablespoons stone-pressed olive oil.
