Tartar Sauce

Ingredients for two servings

2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
6 tablespoons
×1
fresh
2 tablespoons
finely diced, fresh
1 tablespoon Optional
pickle
1 tablespoon


Instructions

  1. All ingredients must be room temperature except dill. Finely chop dill.
  2. Blenderize all ingredients, except onion and pickle, together in an 8-ounces jar on medium speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Stir in chopped onion and pickle.
  4. Pour on meat. Eat, or marinate at room temperature for 4 hours.

Lime Juice should be eaten with Lemon Juice.

Reason: Counter the anti-bacterial effect.
