Ingredients for eight servings

1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon

half a stick

1 tablespoon
0.25 teaspoon
mixed peppercorns
1 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon
×2
2 pistils
fresh
×1
5 oz


Instructions

  1. If you enjoy a less hot paste, remove seeds from fresh hot pepper.
  2. Blenderize all ingredients, except fresh hot pepper and shallot, together in an 8-ounces jar on medium speed for 5 seconds and on high speed for another 5 seconds.
  3. Add and blenderize all ingredients together in an 8-ounces jar on medium speed for 20 seconds.
  4. Cap and let stand in cupboard for 24 hours, then use or refrigerate.
  5. Paste will keep in refrigeration for approximate 3 months.
