Instructions
- Pour cream into a quart jar, loosely screw on lid, and let stand in the refrigerator for 1-3 months.
- Scoop out as you want it.
- When you reach the bottom, you will find whey.
- Use the whey in recipes, or dilute with 5x more water than whey and feed to plants.
