Ingredients for eight servings

Instructions

  1. Pour cream into a quart jar, loosely screw on lid, and let stand in the refrigerator for 1-3 months.
  2. Scoop out as you want it.
  3. When you reach the bottom, you will find whey.
  4. Use the whey in recipes, or dilute with 5x more water than whey and feed to plants.
