Ingredients for ten servings

4 tablespoons
yellow seeds
4 tablespoons
brown seeds
3 oz
3 tablespoons
1.5 tablespoons


Instructions

  1. Place mustard seeds, vinegar and whey together in an 8-ounces jar.
  2. Pour in enough whey, or water, to fill jar.
  3. Cap and let it stand at room temperature in cupboard for 24 hours.
  4. Add honey and blenderize on medium speed for 15 seconds.
  5. It will keep in refrigeration for several months.

Food Combining Advice (Primal Diet)

Meat should not be preceded or followed for 15 minutes by Water.

Reason: Water dillutes stomach acids and meat can take twice longer to digest.
