Instructions
- Place mustard seeds, vinegar and whey together in an 8-ounces jar.
- Pour in enough whey, or water, to fill jar.
- Cap and let it stand at room temperature in cupboard for 24 hours.
- Add honey and blenderize on medium speed for 15 seconds.
- It will keep in refrigeration for several months.
