Bordelaise Sauce

Ingredients for one serving

2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Leeks, chopped, fresh
1 teaspoon
grated fresh
1 teaspoon
grated no-salt-added
1 tablespoon


  1. Scoop the marrow from bone.
  2. Warm all ingredients, except cheese, in a 4-ounces jar, capped with blender washer/blades/base, immersed in bowl of mildly hot water for 5 minutes.
  3. Blenderize together on low speed for 10 seconds.
  4. Stir in grated cheese.
