Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients for one serving

2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
freshly grated
0.1 teaspoon
1 pinch
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
0.1 teaspoon
1 pinch


  1. All ingredients must be room temperature.
  2. Warm the milk, butter, nutmeg, onion and pepper together in a 4-ounces jar immersed in a bowl of mildly hot water for 5 minutes.
  3. When butter is liquid, blenderize together for 10 seconds on low speed.
  4. In another 4-ounces jar, blenderize seeds on medium speed for 5 seconds
  5. Add seed flour to sauce and blenderize for 10 seconds on low speed.
