Ingredients for two servings

7 tablespoons
finely grated fresh root
0.5 teaspoon
not mustard seed, mustard
1 tablespoon


Instructions

  1. Ingredients should be room temperature except mustard.
  2. Blenderize all ingredients, except cream, together in a 4-ounces jar on medium speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Blenderize cream in an 4- ounces jar on low speed until cream is stiff.
  4. Gently fold blended mixture into whipped cream.
