Appendicitis
The appendix gets inflammed and swells. The body rushes nutrients in an attempt to deal with the toxins but doesn't have the correct antidote, so it eventually bursts without the proper nutrients being supplied. Even if it burst, on Primal Diet™, fat coats the appendix which avoids complications.
